MACS is one of the premier providers of asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold consulting services throughout the country. MACS offers a full spectrum of consulting services that include inspections, assessments, specification development, and abatement monitoring. These services are performed by an experienced staff of state / federal certified asbestos and lead consultants as well as IICRC certified microbial / mold industrial hygienists.

In the past, asbestos, lead-based paint, and other hazardous materials were used during the construction of schools, hospitals, residential, commercial, industrial, and military and other structures. Asbestos is found in surfacing treatments, pipe insulation, and a wide variety of other building components. Lead-Based Paint and Lead containing products are present in paint, coatings, glazes, plumbing fixtures, and steel structures. As these materials age, they deteriorate, and if not managed properly by experienced professionals, may present health risks to building occupants and maintenance workers.
